Hi, I’m Steph Small, an architectural technologist based in Northampton.
With a master’s degree in Architecture: Advanced Environmental and Energy Studies and a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology, I’ve built up over 20 years of experience across a range of sectors—from education and commercial developments to listed buildings. But my heart truly lies in residential architecture, where I’ve worked on everything from compact terraced houses to grand period homes, always with the same level of attention and commitment.
I genuinely love what I do. Every day brings a new challenge, and I thrive on the problem-solving it involves, whether it’s making a tight space work or finding smart ways to stretch a budget for maximum impact. My approach is collaborative and client-focused, blending creative thinking with practical solutions to deliver spaces that are beautiful, functional and sustainable.
My clients care—about their people, their passions, and their personal rituals. Helping them create spaces that are perfectly tailored to enhance everyday life is what makes me tick. If you’re thinking about transforming your home, I’d love to hear your ideas and help you bring them to life.
